This unit provided some helpful tips on teaching different groups of students. I have to keep in mind that I shouldn't over correct students. I liked seeing an example of a needs analysis included as well in order to get an idea of what a teacher should find out about students' wants and needs. Before this unit, in regards to Business English/ESP, I thought it was best to have an English teacher from the specific industry. However, I can see having a teacher with no ties to the students' business may be more beneficial as students would have to use more English so the teacher could understand their trade.
