After studying this unit I still have difficulty applying the usage of conditions to speech that I use automatically. I will have to practice identifying the conditionals before I would be able to teach them successfully. Initially I also found the information too distilled and needed to look into the tenses of modal verbs to clarify the degrees of probability, but then realized that the information in the unit had been parsed so as to make it easier to understand.In this unit, I was made aware the usefulness of creating and having a lesson plan before class; however, this section emphasized the importance of keeping lesson plans flexible. Sometimes classes learn things faster than expected, and it is important to be prepared in order to have more activities ready, but it is also common that the students learn the concepts slower than anticipated. These are just a couple of the common reasons schedules need to be flexible.
