From 2 videos in this unit, we can see there are many differences. For the first lesson, students feel confused because the teacher hasn't given a clear explanation and he always says the material is easy so that students are fear of asking and answering, the students can't participate effectively. For the second lesson the teacher always in a positive attitude and use ESA lesson plan to make students can participate effectively. Also the teacher in second lesson is care the students feeling, he asks each student's name and speak slowly to make sure that students can understand clearly. So we should teach class like teacher in second lesson.
