This unit goes into the meanings of different grammatical functions to make it easier for the teacher to be able to explain common principles to their students when asked, as well as to appear knowledgeable on the subject. Various concepts such as nouns and their many forms, adjectives and specifically adjective order, articles such as 'the, an, a' as well as when to use them, and the many forms of verbs and their proper usage including auxiliary verbs. A few other topics were discussed by the end the of chapter as well, that talked about gerunds, adverbs, and a few other topics that went into detail showing how to identify and use they grammatical tools and when the best time to use them was.
