Unit number 8 was about the future tenses family. There are four main tenses plus two additional ones. The main ones are : future simple (expresses decisions, predictions without evidence,, facts and promises), future continuous (enquiries, prediction of the present), future perfect (mostly actions that will be completed before a future point in time) and lastly the future perfect continuous (expresses how long an action will have happened by a future time).
As I said early on, there are also two other tenses: the `going to` future (which is used to express plans, intentions and evidence-based predictions) and also the use of present simple and continuous to express schedules and arrangements.
