Unit 20 was about troubleshooting and covered some common problem areas that are known to appear in the classroom. The unit offered insight into several issues a teacher may have with any given class, whether it be an issue due to class size, different language levels of students, or simple difficulties concerning class materials. After explaining these potential issues the unit then offered some simple solutions for dealing with them as well as some possible ways to avoid these problems all together. My biggest take away from this unit was just to realize that every class will be different and each student will have their own strengths and weaknesses, and that the role of a teacher is to be flexible.
