This unit is about teaching special groups. It went over the advantages and disadvantages of different types of groups and the best ways to teach them. It covered various things you should and shouldn?t do as well as things to consider when planning the course. The types of special groups covered were beginners, individuals, children, business English, multilingual and monolingual classes.
I found this unit to be helpful because it contained much information that I had not thought about before. My primary aim is to teach high school in a school setting. So things like teaching children or business English I had not thought of. However in the future, I can now consider teaching other types of classes.
