I learned effective ideas for classroom management. I often think of mistakes and errors as the same. However, this lesson has really helped me address mistakes that students may often make in a better manor. Now that I have read through this lesson, I will be more confident and allow students to make mistakes without correcting them, and decide whether or not it is a repetitive error. For example, a lot of my students make the mistake of using the wrong pronoun when placing gender. They often mistake he and she as in their language they only have one oral pronoun to describe both genders. Now instead of saying \"no, we say he.\" I will give time for the student to address the mistake on his or her own.
