Managing reluctant students is a kind of art I think.I learnt that there are basically four basic skills in any language. They are:
1. Receptice skills
2. Reading and Listening skills
3. Productive skills
4. Speaking and writing
All these skills are equally important. And we can help the students in any area they find themselves weak. Some methods we can use to develop those skills is by having them listen to a interview of a famous personality. Or write a biography of a famous personality.
