In this unit, I have learned a lot about theories, methods and techniques. I have learned about what theories for learning languages were used in the past and what is considered better to do now a days. I learned about different techniques to get information from the students. The Engage Study and Activate model was very helpful. It is helping to think about how I want to build my curriculum this year. It made me think about how my schedule for my class will be this year. I think this is the system we already use at my school. We start by getting information from students. Then we will move into studying some information and then doing an activity on the language that they learned. It was really interesting to see this information in this unit.
