Making lesson plans can serve as an aid to planning, a working document, a record.
There are no special rules for writing plans. But it's better to follow some main principles. We need to keep it simple, flexible, write the time of each activity, structure it. Also it's important to get materials, aids, all necessary things ready. Lesson plan has to include learning objectives, personal aims, language point, teaching aids, anticipated problems, procedures, phases, timing, interaction, class levels, class size, time, names. Also Unit 9 gives a great sample of a lesson plan and self-evaluation form. The next point is planning a sequence of lessons that includes several points needed to be consider, suxh as flexibility, goals, revision, variety and balance.
