The conditionals are very interesting. The easiest way I was able to grasp the conditionals were: 1) Zero conditionals are unrefuted facts (I.e. If ice is too warm, it will melt). 2) First Conditional, if one thing happens, the following most likely will happen (i.e. If you study hard, you will do well). 3) Second Conditional is if you do one thing in the future (unreal), there is a probability for the future (i.e. If I had a million dollars, I would travel the world). 4) Third conditional happens when something happens in the past effects what is happening presently (i,e, If I hadn?t drank so much, I wouldn?t have fallen down the stairs) 5) Mixed conditional is a hypothetical that happened in the past and how it effects a current hypothetical (i.e. If I would have drank too much, I would probably be drunk).
