The unit content describes how we can and should manage classes and shows wide range of examples with good explanations. In my opinion it is highly important for teacher to be able to establish rapport and create student friendly atmosphere, because it leads to higher motivation for students. Teachers who care about them and the quality of the lessons are more likely going to reach the goal of the course or lesson: students participate actively, enjoy discovering language and are able to succeed not just in lessons but also in their private life. I believe that teachers should also use some of the positive psychology exercises in their practice, so I educate myself also in this field of studies and can recommend to include some information or at least references as an additional literature when talking about class management.
