The effectiveness of a lesson depends on the ability of the teacher to prepare a proper lesson plan and be able to implement it during the lessons.As we saw on the first lesson students were reluctant to participate as the teacher was making a correction everytime of their mistakes yet he claimed it was easy.The teacher failed to give an example of what he expected from students on the other lesson hence they seem confused and tired.The source of motivation for students is the teacher, so it should be practiced throughout the lessons to eradicate fear of participation by the students.The attiude that the teacher brings into the classroom has a profound effect to the end result of the lesson.When students loose respect nor trust on the teacher regarding any wrongdoing or practice, its unlikely to motivate them to learn or listen to the teacher.
