After watching these two videos, I have realized the importance of being well prepared for many reasons. First, everything counts that means even your attitude could affect the student behavior in your classroom, a simple smile as an example. Not only your attitude but your lesson preparation. As we can see in the second video is very clear how a well structured class can invite a good environment of learning with the students. Not only can you manage better the time and the class but also you create a good rapport between you and your students. Another factor very important it is the use of prompting techniques to help the comprehension of the material you are teaching and enhance new vocabulary for example. In conclusion, this unit has been very helpful because you can see in a vivid example the differences in using properly the theory learned and not using that.
