Unit 16, conditionals and reported speech, covered conditional sentences and the different types and also reported and direct speech. Conditionals, which are sentences containing \"if\" and can come in the if clause and the a in clause, are problematic for students because they can't see a difference in usages.
Reported speech covered the changes that are made when indirect speech occurs, for example past simple in direct speech becomes past perfect in reported speech.I fully enjoyed this unit lesson. The test items went back to my learning in unit three which is great reinforcement of essential fundamental concepts.
I found a few test items open to interpretation, especially # 20 which can lend itself to individual creativity of the teacher and other factors in the moment. How individuals process the same video can be subjective.
However,the videos were very clear in differentiating a well executed lesson from a poorly executed one.
