This unit covered managing classes, in particular it advised on tactics and tools you can use to manage classes, build rapport with students and how to manage discipline. I leaned that depending on class sizes different seating arrangements can make a large difference in participation and control. I also learned that managind discipline can be an effective tool to not just controlling 1 students behavior, but controlling all students behavior through leading effectively.After studying and reviewing Unit #2 (Parts of Speech), I feel that this lesson has been very helpful. As a native speaker of English, I often find that in the classroom things \"sound\" or \"appear\" correct, but it can be difficult to explain to my students exactly why that is. After taking my time with this unit, I've found that it's helped me to brush up on my basic grammar and English skills, and allowed me to fine tune my knowledge in terms of the English language.
