Using worksheets and workbooks can be quite useful for me, while I am a beginning teacher. However, I am creative and bored easily, so I want to find a right balance between those two. I hope my next employer will give me the freedom to do so. I hope that young students will like the workbook and also like the activities I will do with them. It might become a problem if students get bored. But I think because I am young myself, I understand better what they like and need.There are many factors to consider when organising a class properly and this unit has really opened my eyes to all the many different factors.
It is extremely important to consider the size of a class, the level of the students and there behaviour patterns when considering how to organise them whether in rows, horseshoe shape and separetely. All aspects of the students and the class need to betaken into consideration to really obtain the best results for the entire class.
