This unit covers the present tense forms: simple present, present continuous, present perfect, and present perfect continuous. Each section provides examples of the tense form as well as common student errors and possible teaching activities. As a native English speaker, I do not consciously consider the usages of each present tense form. This unit helped me consider ways to explain English tense forms to non-native speakers. I now know constructive ways to correct tense errors.I am really satisfied with my self because I especially learned phrasal verbs in detail. So, this helps to catch on to it. So also, I get to know what are defining clause and non-defining clause. If I have to say it honestly, learning this unit could get me to catch up with updating English language not only as a learner but also as an English teacher. Likewise, some more books for further reading recommended by ITTT are also very useful and effective. It is very worth doing it.
