The last part of the unit lessons is interesting because it had guided me on how to handle various types of students like new and existing group. I had gained information on how to manage those students in the classroom. The very important part of opening a classroom session is the establishing rapport to students such as pass the ball activity is effective to stimulate their attention and build confidence. The next thing I had learned from the lesson is the proper classroom management of large classes which I think made me confident to handle it soon. Keeping good relationship as a teacher to reluctant students and those with difficulties in listening texts is vital for the teacher's character to build a ideal learning environment and good quality teaching and learning process in the class. Thank you for the wonderful time that I had experienced in my training.
