In this unit, i have learned that going to class prepared could make a big difference. One way to be prepared is by making your own lesson plan. Teachers plan their lesson to be able to create a logical structure of their lesson/lessons that could aid in planning. A lesson plan is also a teacher's very own working record that serves as a guide while teaching. It is also a record of the lessons a teacher have taught in the past. It could be of use too, when another teacher covers your lesson for you during unpredicted circumstances arises.
Lesson planning is important because it helps the teacher monitor his/her progress as well as the progress of the class. Planning also helps us foresee the possible problems the students may encounter during the lesson. In doing so, this will allow us to think of the probable solutions for these problems so we know how to deal with these problems when we encounter them
