This Unit was about comparing and contrasting two different videos involving a teacher and his lesson plan. The first video provided a bad example where a teacher was rude and acted in a way that intimidated his students. The teacher would constantly talk about \"modal auxiliary verbs\" and use other jargon that the students didn't understand. The second video was different in that the same teacher engaged with his students with a game about animals. The second video began with the teacher introducing his name, and then asking his students to write their names down so he could build rapport with them. The teacher then asked the class to name all the animals they could. The teacher collected all the animals names and then transitioned into talking about what animals could do. It was from there that the teacher talked about modal auxiliary verbs or \"can\" and \"cannot\". The teacher made sure that the students were comfortable and used examples of \"can\" and \"cannot\" with the animals the class provided him.
