This lesson was helpful in providing me many ideas and resources to use in the classroom. Variety is very important and some of these items I may have not thought of. Another helpful resource are the multiple websites listed at the bottom. Learning about how to use my resources and giving appropriate examples for their use in aiding in language teaching has been enlightening as I want to keep my classes varied and exciting for my students.This unit is titled \"Teaching New Language\" and focuses primarily on three areas: vocabulary, grammatical structures, and language functions. As with previous units on teaching methods, the unit offered suggestions and examples for how to teach these three aspects of language in the classroom. I learned that one area should not be given preference over the other, but should be used simultaneously, in order to offer a more organic lesson.
