'Lesson Planning' and its important functions and principles are discussed in this unit. The template for planning a sample lesson is of great interest for me, as nearly all the significant points are included/ covered. I believe a planned lesson gives more confidence and boldness to the teacher while teaching, but one should also be flexible enough to respond appropriately to the students questions and needs during a lecture, rather than sticking rigidly to the written planned material.This unit goes through all the equipment, tools and things that are usually found in the classroom or school and how they can be used to help the students learn effectively. Teachers don?t just have to stick with the usual style of teaching, where you write stuff on the board, show pictures and plan your lesson as such. Teachers can make lessons more fun and engaging by being creative with the resources they have available such as the video recording idea. I think that is a great idea.
