5th unit of the book is concentrated on the ways a teacher can manage classes. This unit is especially useful because there are many different classrooms and it is important to pay an extra attention to class management, especially if you get a group of students of different ages or nationalitites. It is very important to let the students feel comfortable being in a class. Therefore, a good class management is one of the must-know for every teacher(especially young and unexperienced ones)This unit both explained the benefit and importance of a lesson plan. A lesson plan gives me a chance to structurize the goals of my lesson and serves as a reference tool. I can also keep the track of the progress made by my students which gives me an overview of what they should have learned. In this way I can focus more on carrying out the lesson itself. I can make sure each student receives the right amount of guidance, supervision and information that needs to be provided and learned.
