Evaluating students is very important during a course. It will help the teacher to see if the students understand the work done and how they are managing.
It is also extremely important to give feedback and explanation on things that are not understood.
At times feedback must be given individually try to make time in the week for this. Make sure you as a teacher understand the school evaluation system to do the correct evaluation at the right time.

In Teaching business English, in my opinion you as the teacher should first be given more details on the business eg take a walk with the GM through the plant, see what they proceed get a feed for what they might need. And then only do an needs analysis with the group in doing the, you will have more knowledge of the specific request
