I personally thought pronounciation varies on each one's nationality as they all speak different native language and it can affect on English pronounciation. Pronounciation is also a big part of English learning and there are very many ways to teach them correct English pronounciation. It can be seen as very basic part of the English learning as it is very important for students should be able to read any words correctly as little change in pronounciation makes a big difference in meaning.This unit has shown me the importance of the receptive skills for learners of the English language. It is very important to keep a balanced lesson to try to strengthen the student's abilities in all the areas of Receptive and Productive skills. The work sheet section helped me understand the difficulties I will be facing in designing a lesson that will properly engage the students however I believe with practice it will become easier. I look forward to the next unit and what it may entail.
