Most important is the materials that you use in your class after all this is what you are teaching. After a careful review I think that the course of study you choose will be what the student will be remembering about the class. In order to teach you must have something to teach and that is why the course books are important for a general knowledge of the subject. In conclusion whatever creative extra materials added will be most beneficial.It really struck me what a big difference a simple thing like a smile achieved in the classroom. In the second video the students seemed much more engaged and willing to participate because the teacher appeared more relaxed and happy to be in the classroom with them. One aspect in both the videos that bothered me was the sqeakiness of the dry erase markers. For me, I would have found it very distracting if I were a student in that classroom.
