This unit talks about various problems which can arise when teaching a class and how to prevent or overcome them. It gives some really great ideas on how to approach the first lesson for a new class to ensure that a good rapport is established between students and also with the teacher. The lesson has taught me that if I plan the first lesson of a course really well this will help me understand a lot about my students needs and therefore help towards the success of the rest of the course.The is unit definitely took time to study. I did not realize that there were seven different future tenses in the English language, so it was definitely eye opening. I think the most difficult part of this unit was understanding the different uses, as some tenses share similar uses (like predictions) but had slightly differences in how they are used. It took a while to understand them all, but it did start to make sense as I thought about different scenarios in which each one would be used.
