This unit is an important topic, Evaluation and Testing because always I am looking for tools to improve assessment strategies. How Can I check abilitieis that my students are able to gain in each class, at the beginning, study time and production part where the language needs to be already processed . I am looking for new techniques that help the student and myself to see clearly the progress on specific skills areas and the parts that I need to pay attention to reinforce on every Unit .In this unit I learnt how a teachers attitude is a key factor to a successful lesson in order to get their students to want to participate which in turn makes them learn a lot more from the lesson. It was clear that the teacher had a terrible attitude and bad organisation within lesson one and the students did not respond well to it however the teacher was far more proactive, and so much better organised in his lesson plan which made the students interested and want to be far more involved.
