Writing and speaking are productive skills, they are equally important, and used for communicative purposes. Writing activities are more accuracy-based, while speaking activities are fluency-based ones. Speaking activities may be divided into such groups: controlled activities, guided activities and creative communication. Topic of the activities should be interesting for students as they may be reluctant to participate if they are not interested. To encourage students interaction, teacher should use pair-work, group work. Writing activities may be difficult, as may English words are pronounced and spelled differently. It is important to use games for classes as they can help to learn vocabulary, practice it and be interesting and entertaining.
