Effective teachers focus to increase the result of students learning and they don't control students behavior. Teachers solve problems of order in the classroom.Conditionals and reported speech are complicated aspects of grammar. Unit 16 defines and explains the tense and modal changes involved when reporting conditionals and statements referring to real and/or unreal situations. As a native speaker of English, I don?t actively implement the necessary changes in order for my sentence to be grammatically correct. I predict this aspect of grammar will be very difficult to teach and would be targeted to more intermediate/advanced and older learners.
