In unit 16 we studied conditionals and reported speech. We began with the 5 different types of conditionals and then discussed the various errors students tend to make when they are taught along with ideas for teaching them. We then covered the difference between direct and indirect (reported) speech along with rules for writing reported speech properly (changes in verb tense, pronouns and expressions of time) along with more errors that students can potentially make and more teaching ideas.this unit has gone a long way to enrich me on how to successfully make a lesson plan that will keep the students intrested and active from the start of the lesson to the end.i have also learnt when and how it is appropriate to correct students to advoid getting them discouraged and nervous.i have also learnt about the different tools i could you to start off a class and raise their enthuthiasm through songs,games and interesting pictures.this unit has prepared me for a typical class scenario
