This chapter was interesting because it gave perspective on reading and listening. I really liked the part of the reading which it mentioned the football teams on the cover of a newspaper. It is obvious to any American that the article would be about football, but if a foreign person were to see that headline they would think very differently. I found this a good point to remember while I am teaching. I will not just be teaching a language but also some of the culture that goes along with it.Unit 4 (Tense System) teaches how to use and cover tenses and other grammar points. For example, it covered the following ares forms usages, typical students errors and activate teaching ideas. this unit also shows the four presents tense (the present simple, present continuous, present perfect, and present perfect continuous). All of this tense or grammar points can be used in different ways and therefore have several usages. At the same time this activity lesson also encourage communicative.
