I had forgotten most of these terms from when I learned them over 30 years ago. It was a good albeit short brush up. One thing that I liked about the actual PDF as opposed to the video was that in the PDF there was always a very good definition for each term, whereas in the video, sometimes you had to pay attention to hear it form the speak. As I was taking this module though, I was trying to think about how I would be able to teach this to a foreign student. I think that the way it is written that it could be simplified a bit more or having another module in front of this one in the future which deals with breaking a word, describing syllables, how to articulate certain words... I am sure that there is something on this later, but I think students new to English might have a difficult time with it. One other thing I picked up here is how much I don't know or thought I knew about English. I have always considered myself a good orator, I guess this class will also be teaching me a thing or 2 from here on out.
