This unit I felt confidant in until I got to phrasal verbs. I now know that is something I must work out in order to be successful with my students. I am also earning a Bachelor's degree in English, so I think that will also aide me in getting better with the phrasal verbs. Going over language and parts of grammar has been so, so helpful in putting me in my place as far as how much I need to make sure I have mastered before teaching a lesson.The unit examines closely at the importance of modal verbs in English communication and also covers phrasal verbs, the passive voice and relative clauses. The unit also listed some teaching ideas for modal auxiliary verbs and when teaching active and passive sentences. This was the last piece of basic grammar covered throughout the course and hopefully it will help me with the grammatical issues that I may face with my students in the future.
