As mentioned in the unit there are many factors that influence on the class managing. It gives us a good explanations and examples how we should act in different situations,but everything depends of our and students personality. Because of that, I think that is most important to establish good rapport with the students and maintain discipline. When you respect each other and have a good rapport with them everything is much easier to organize.Within this unit we discussed the usage of course books vs. created materials. I believe having a balance of both allows greater efficiency and effectiveness to all students and teachers. I work in a school that doesnt have text because we don't want them and everything must be created and while it is effective it is also incredibly time consuming. While created materials are wonderful tools, they also aren't the only things to help students.
