This unit was very interesting to read through. Some of the material seemed a bit dense, because I knew many of these things intuitively; however, I can see how the changing of tenses could be very difficult for students. I think this is an important lesson that I may have to go over again once more in the future. The charts and diagrams in the middle of the text were very useful to go through though. I really enjoyed covering these materials.This unit has assisted me in planning class activities relevant to the age of students, amount of students, behaviour, and physical space available in the class room. It also assisted me in the prevention of and responding to behavioural problems that may occur in the class room. The class room management unit also assisted me in identifiying the proper technique to use when managing students example the use of voice, eye contact, and gesture.
