In this unit, different areas of the course were introduced such as the content that will be covered, the general definition of a young learner, the aims and objectives of this course, general terminology commonly used, and the prospects that can be available to us upon completion. With the task sheet, I was able to focus on what each unit will cover, as well as allowing me to consider the difference between tefl, TESL and tesol. It also enabled me to make comparisons between teaching young learners and adult learners.
