I have learned to give more attention to my relationship with my students. It is also not enough to simply teach something out of a book. Inspiring students to do their best each day through gentle but firm encouragement greatly contributes to their learning. This unit gave a clear outline of the effective teacher and model student. It is beneficial to remember all of the keys given and heed them when imparting knowledge to students and indeed trying to extract the best learning possible from them. This was a good representation of all the attributes to aim for in both student and teacher. Teacher must cares about the learning of the students first of all. Furthermore teacher must feel himself in different roles as manager, assessor, prompter and others according his class and motivate students to make lesson more comfortable and enjoyable. Also he must take into consideration the features of learners, it is age and level of knowledge.
