I enjoyed watching the different behaviors of the teacher in each of the videos.It is important to have a positive attitude with your students and show patience in the classroom. The first teacher was intimidating the students where as the second teacher smiled creating a more comfortable environment for the students. I also like how the teacher in the second video \"modeled\" and allowed the student to participate by creating images of animals.Unit 5 talks about how a teacher can execute lessons while maintaining discipline, motivation and active participation of the students at any given time of the class hour; pieces of advice on how to minimize the time a teacher talks and how to maximize student involvement, the reasons students are motivated and demotivated, and the ensuing effects to the class as a whole and how to address them in many subtle and direct ways are also elucidated.
