Wow... what I can say that its very exciting indeed and its really helpful.Whether you are an experience or inexperience teacher everyone has to have a lesson plan to keeps tracks of your past lesson. Without you someone else will learn from that previous plan we may don't know but it will help others. Always have to think about the future of young teacher who are learning.Right now my mind is getting wider of all this new lesson plan structure.Tests if used correctly seem to be a very realistic way to guide students learning. In my experience in Japan, diagnostic tests do not seem to be very commonly used, which can result in teaching known material and decreases student interest. I'd like to know more from ITTT about philosophies of vocabulary tests. I've seen unit end vocabulary test, and daily small vocab tests which are split between review vocabulary and newly assigned vocabulary.
