I have discovered the different methodologies that a teacher can use when teaching a students. There's no best method among those methodologies which are presented in the lesson. What I have understand is, a good teacher must be flexible enough in using these different methods. We have to put in mind that students learn in different ways. They have their own comforts when it comes to learning. The duty of a good teacher is to know what method would fit the learning ability and capacity of the student.This unit covers classroom management and provides techniques and accepted practices such as seating combinations, class grouping and instruction methodology. Unit five also offers tips for building rapport, reducing unnecessary teacher talk time and maintaining class discipline. This is a crucial unit for first time teachers as it lays the foundation by stating the importance of subtle things like eye contact, body language and the use of ones voice in the context of volume tone pitch and modulation.
