This unit covered various methods of teaching and why ITTT has chosen the \"ESA\" Engage-Study-Activate. It gave a variety of ways to engage the students in the beginning to get the student interested in what they would learn. The lesson covered various student language levels and possible best ways to engage. The study portion and activity, to help reinforce the learning in a student centered and language level, were explained.There can be various ways to do \"ESA\" as long as all steps are covered at some point.This unit focused mostly to show how a teachers attitude can influence the success of the class. The first video was not successful, because the attitude of the teacher was not as great as it was in the second video. When the teacher seemed more happy and more energetic, the more it was was engaging the students to participate in the class. In the first video, the teacher was so boring that i wanted to fall asleep by just watching it and in the second video I wished I was part of that class so I could participate.
