Classroom management is pivotal skill of arranging, managing the class, being amiable and taking control over the discipline. Eye contact, gesture and the voice are considered as the most important ones. Grouping students and classroom management are the other factors which can be organised differently such as the whole class, individuals, pair-work, and depending upon space, age, nationality, etc. The point which i havenot paid particular attention is TTT and STT. Certainly, I'll try to take it into consideration.This unit was very similar to the last as it shows the importance of the productive skills and its uses in the English language. The unit showed the difference between the two and how to create lessons to teach and enhance these skills in the students. The unit also showed the importance of teaching both accuracy and fluency and how to teach each of these successfully. Using games seems like the best way to develop these skills and then using creative thinking and writing to further develop these productive skills.
