This lesson was all about how to create a lesson plan without being overly scripted and robot like and without having any direction at all. This will prove to be my biggest challenge when I start teaching because deciding how to break the ice and get the students excited about the lesson is a little more difficult than it says on paper. The teacher needs to know their students in order to give lessons that they will enjoy. The last part was a bit confusing, trying to remember the ESA models from a few sections ago.This unit showed how much a teacher's teaching style and attitude can effect the student's ability to learn. In the first video, the teacher had an awful attitude, he was stiff and boring, and the way he asked questions was discouraging. The second video showed a much better version, where the entire class atmosphere changed because of the teacher's fun and open teaching style. The students were participating more in the second video because they understood what the teacher was talking about and what he asked them.
