This content is centered on how a teacher should manage a class. There are mentioned many aspects that need to be respected such as how to use eye contact, what are the good gestures that can be helpful, how to manage the voice according to the circumstances and when to call students by their names. Also important aspects that need to be addressed are how to organize group works by grouping students and all different aspects with their proc and cons of whole-class grouping, pair-works, individual works or group works.this lesson taught me the importance of creating lesson plans, and how they help to provide a structured, yet flexible, class. It helps the teacher to learn how they may improve their own teaching skills by providing a frame of reference to look back on, and therefore highlight areas in which they as a teacher can improve, as well as areas in which students may be struggling. by doing so, the teacher can refine his or her lesson plans to create the most effective teaching style for different levels of english-speakers
