To say I learned a lot in this lesson would be an understatement. Basically, I have started understanding the Phonemic Alphabet. I am not so conceded that I will say I know it by heart, but I do feel I know it a lot better than I did when I started studying for this lesson. I knew of its existence beforehand, but I never actually put it into use. I must say, it it quite possibly the most useful tool I have looked at in years. Moreover, having learned french at a later age in my life, I was familiar with the differences in how different language speakers use their mouths. However, I thought it was interesting to see it broken down in the way that it was. I felt it made it a lot easier for me to become aware of the movements my tongue, lips, and mouth were making. I also appreciated, as usual, that the lesson offered techniques and activities that will make it easier for us to teach others.
