In this unit I have learnt about teaching pronunciation and phonology. It is very important when the teacher teaches how to pronounce words. The teacher has to know that intonation, stress, Phonemic symbols, articulation. Intonation and stress are how to speak and read in english. The phonemic symbols are how to pronounce voiced and unvoiced constants and vowels. The teacher should memorize all the symbols because when the students want to know how to pronounce words, the teacher should use that symbols. Articulation describes the physical location of a phoneme's production. Each is connected to a different organ or area.
