This unit explains how to teach pronunciation and phonology. It talks about different types of intonations used in different sentence patterns and general rules on where to put the stress on different words. It also talks about the international phonetic alphabets and places and manners of articulation. I learned that it's important to teach pronunciation and phonology because eventhough pronunciation comes naturally to a native speaker, it is one of the hardest part to master for a foreign student.
